I regularly attend Amberly’s Wednesday night Slow Flow class. She always has a calm, caring, and encouraging demeanor (which are necessary when she’s low-key kicking your booty). Amberly is an attentive teacher who holds space for her students to explore whatever their practice may be calling for—be it emotional, physical, spiritual, or a combination. I especially appreciate the way Amberly balances focus on breath and movement throughout the entire 75 minute class. Her sequences are creative and challenging. I LOVE knowing that I am going to learn something completely new every week!
